1. Cleanse and dry your face thoroughly; remove make-up if present.
2. Put on the Maxi Meilleur LED face mask
3. Turn on the mask
4. Choose your light (red/blue/orange/near infrared) and set the intensity (1-3).
5. Set the timer (15/20/30 minutes) and relax.
6. For optimal results, use the mask 3-4 times a week, 15 minutes per session.

TIP : Start with intensity 1-2 for your first session to see how your skin reacts to the radiation. Gradually increase the time and frequency so that your skin can adapt gradually.
