Perfect service

I received extremely kind and helpful assistance when a technical error on my part made it impossible to use my mask. The communication was so friendly, and I felt like everyone was working to resolve my issue. You don't often encounter that anymore. A solid 10 for service. I'm also very happy with the mask; it works perfectly, and I'm seeing results with my skin becoming tighter (I use it about four times a week). All in all, a very pleasant customer experience!

Received a nice box with the pro version in black. It looks great, is easy to use, and isn't too uncomfortable. I've only been using it for a week, but my skin already feels better (rosacea).

Give the mask time, consistent use yields results

After 2 months, I can say that my face has become much calmer due to consistent use (every other day) of the LED mask. I gradually built up usage, according to the advice. My face is less inflamed, red spots are very slowly lightening (this really takes time), and 'larger' breakouts are staying away. I see it when I look in the mirror, but I've also compared it by taking photos from when I started with the mask and periodically since...

The pro mask is amazing. I can tell it's working because I got acne after the first use. But after just two months, I'm already getting compliments on my skin - that I'm glowing. I've now also ordered the neck attachment because now that I'm turning 55, I also want to try to keep the wrinkles there at bay for as long as possible and keep my skin glowing...

I got the mask (the pro version) from my dearest sister, best gift ever!!! Shortly after, I ordered the neck mask as well. It's super comfy and what's very important to me is that it doesn't stink, hahaha, I have a very strong sense of smell and I'm easily bothered by pungent odors. This mask is odorless and has many functions! It comes beautifully packaged with accessories and is very easy to connect. I also find the customer service very friendly! Easy to use

The mask is easy to use :). Just make sure you gradually increase the intensity. Furthermore, it fits well and the battery seems to last a long time.
